TYFPAC is strengthening its internal political infrastructure and requires disciplined individuals to support accurate data capture, record management, and administrative data processing across its Command Center. This role supports critical political functions including membership records, pledges, campaign data, PVC drive information, and internal reporting. Accuracy, discretion, and reliability are essential. Volunteer (Core) / Contract-Based (subject to performance and availability)
Requirements
• Basic computer literacy and reliable internet access • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • High attention to detail and consistency • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Respect for confidentiality and political sensitivity • Alignment with TYF PAC’s political objectives Key Responsibilities • Enter and update member, supporter, and volunteer records • Maintain accurate pledge, donation, and participation logs • Verify data for completeness and consistency • Organise digital records and flag discrepancies • Support campaign, petition, and PVC drive data needs • Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and internal protocols
